Features & Tutorial

What makes Bryan Hall Craft unique — and how to use it, step by step.

Land Claims & Grief Protection

LandClaim v2.1.0 · Paper/Purpur 26.3 (Java 25) · fully server-side, no client mods needed

Buy the chunk you're standing in to make it yours: protected from griefing, with full control over who can build there. Earn money with shops, the auction house and trading, then expand chunk by chunk — with a live particle preview when buying several at once.

Claim pricing

Claim cap100 chunks per player
Starting price$500
Per-claim multiplier0.05 — each extra claim costs 5% more than the one before
Adjacency discountChunks next to your existing claims cost less
Bulk discountLarge multi-chunk selections get cheaper per chunk
ReservationsSmall fee holds a chunk so nobody else can claim it

First claim $500, second claim $525 — before discounts. Selecting several adjacent chunks at once is usually cheaper per chunk than claiming one at a time, and reservation fees can count toward the final purchase.

What a claim protects

  • Block breaking & placing
  • Bucket use (lava & water)
  • Explosions & fire spread
  • Piston grief (push & pull-out)
  • Enderman block theft
  • Farmland & turtle-egg trampling
  • Containers & interactions
  • Entity theft: armor stands, item frames, paintings, minecarts & boats
  • Placing entities from items — no armor stands, boats or end crystals in someone else's claim
  • Outsiders can't place, break or sit their way in

PvP inside claims is a server toggle. Below the configured protection-min-y level, anyone can mine and build inside any claim — check with staff before starting deep-mining projects.

Sharing your land

Trust is per-claim by default; trust-all applies to every claim you own.

How to Claim Land

1

Find your chunk

Stand where you want to build. Press F3 + G in Java Edition to show chunk borders.

2

Preview it

Run /claim, or /claim select to add more adjacent chunks — colored border particles outline exactly what you'll buy.

3

Buy it

/claim confirm purchases the selection from your balance. /claim cancel backs out at any time.

4

Manage it

/claims lists your land, /claiminfo shows chunk details, /trust <player> grants build access, /unclaim releases a chunk.

Tip: /claim reserve locks an unclaimed chunk for a small fee while you save up — reservations expire after a window and the fee can count toward the final price. Remember, a reservation blocks others from claiming but does not protect the chunk until you claim it.

Player Markets & Economy

PlayerMarketGUI · fully menu-driven — if you can click, you can trade

The heart of the Bryan Hall economy. Sell your loot, hunt for bargains, or run your own shop as a little business. Everything lives behind a handful of commands that open clickable menus.

Five ways to trade

Made for players

Buying is even easier than selling: /pm search or /pm auction, click what you want, then /pm delivery to pick it up. Full command list on the Commands page.

Make Your First Sale

1

Hold it

Put the item you want to sell in your main hand.

2

List it

/pm listitem opens the listing GUI — set a buy-now price or start a timed auction.

3

Get paid

When it sells, the money lands in your personal inbox — even if you were offline.

4

Collect

/pm inbox any time to claim your earnings and pick up expired listings.

Tip: check what similar items go for with /pm search before pricing yours — and remember your claim chunk keeps your shop chests safe while you're away.
